Massage In Pregnancy

Massage therapy during pregnancy has been shown to provide many benefits, including a sense of calm and wellness, improved relaxation, relief of muscular tension and better sleep.

I am fully qualified to care for expectant mums to ensure massage is conducted using safe techniques. All treatments will be adapted for comfort and given in a side-lying position, with plenty of supports.

Pregnancy Massage is safest after your 12-week scan and can be hugely beneficial to alleviate worries or stress, as well as to reduce back and leg discomfort as your body adapts to all the changes, especially in the third trimester.
